Using PlatePuls

PlatePuls is provided for personal nutrition tracking. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you log, and PlatePuls's calculations are informational — they are not medical advice. Speak with a qualified professional for dietary or health decisions.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don't use PlatePuls to store or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

Consulting engagements

Rapid app building and AWS consulting services are provided under a separate statement of work agreed with each client, covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. These general terms apply in addition to, not in place of, that agreement.

Intellectual property

Somlok Solutions retains rights to its own tools, templates, and pipeline software. For consulting deliverables, ownership of the resulting application and infrastructure code transfers to the client as specified in the relevant statement of work.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Somlok Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of PlatePuls or our services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PlatePuls after an update means you accept the revised terms.
